Tannoy Stirling III LZ Special Edition特別版喇叭,向1961年的經典設計致敬
Tannoy日前在美國芝加哥Axpona音響展(Audio Expo North America)發表了旗下最新製品「Stirling III LZ Special Edition」,此款喇叭是該品牌Prestige GR(Gold Reference)系列Stirling的特別版。獨特之處在於它是致敬於1961年上市經典之作「III LZ」的設計。「III LZ」隸屬Tannoy當年家用鑑聽喇叭銘器Monitor Red系列,採用頂尖大型Alnico磁鐵和壓縮式號角,從彼特.蓋伯瑞、齊柏林飛船、老鷹合唱團、平克.佛洛伊德、披頭四樂團到碧昂絲等眾多名盤,都是在Tannoy錄音室的鑑聽喇叭上完成混音和母帶處理,「Stirling III LZ Special Edition」也是為精準重現錄音的鑑聽需求而生。
「Stirling III LZ Special Edition」當然配備Tannoy經典的雙同軸單體,使用大型Alnico磁鐵ALCOMAX-III / 壓縮式號角,將高音單體置於中低音單體的中心並合為一體(10吋中低音單體由Dr. Kurt Müller公司特製)。透過將中低音單體和高音單體設置在同一軸上,讓所有的發聲頻率都以單點放射,實現真正的點音源重播。為了讓喇叭放置在靠近牆壁或牆角時,也能具有出色的聲學特性,「Stirling III LZ Special Edition」將長條行低音反射孔設置在喇叭前方左右兩側。
「Stirling III LZ Special Edition」箱體採用原版III LZ的設計元素,並加入1960年代所沒有的材料和設計技術來提高完成度。像是音箱內部就增加了大量補強框架,而Tannoy以不同特性複合材質來固定單體的DMT(Differential Material Technology)樹脂,都使用於「Stirling III LZ Special Edition」的面板與元件背面。在前障板正中央可以看到Tannoy GR系列的標誌,喇叭的高音量感由-3.0dB到+3.0dB有五段可調,高頻的滾降或提昇則有六段可調。
「Stirling III LZ Special Edition」外表延續「III LZ」的經典模樣,但裡裡外外都以Tannoy的最新技藝打造,蓋上面網時顯露Tannoy喇叭一貫超脫的典雅氣息,背後的喇叭端子有五個,那是除了高音與中低音可Bi-Wire連接或Bi-Amp驅動之外,還設有一個獨特的接地端子可降低雜訊。
Tannoy Stirling III LZ Special Edition特別版喇叭當然很適合與英國經典手工傢俱搭配。
但是Tannoy Stirling III LZ Special Edition特別版喇叭,與現代居家風格同樣也能夠毫不違和地融合在一起。
